We’re pleased to announce the placements of two works by Fox Galleries artists in public collections. Following a popular showing at the Toorak Village Sculpture Exhibition, Stephen Glassborow’s Hi Horse 2020 has been acquired for permanent display on Toorak Road. This large scale bronze and steel sculpture makes a charming addition to the streetscape, for public enjoyment by all.
Murray Walker’s bronze assemblage After the Bushfires, Pyrenees 2020 has been rightly acquired by the Pyrenees Shire Council. This comes shortly after the National Gallery of Victoria’s acquisition of a collection of similar bronze works by the artist.
We celebrate both Stephen and Murray’s achievements and are thrilled to see these works in these major collections.
