We are proud to announce Geoff Nees’ collaboration with internationally renowned architectural associates Kengo Kuma for the Botanical Pavilion as part of the 2020 NGV Triennial.

Geoff Nees collaboration is running until 18 April 2020 at the NGV. Do not miss your chance to see this spectacular architectural installation made in response to Korean artist Lee Ufan’s painting Dialogue 2017. Botanical pavilion is defined by the tessellated interior, constructed from timber collected from Melbourne’s Botanical Gardens. An immersive experience of walking sounds and the light cast from the pieces of wood held by pressure and gravity.
